Raising dates 2027
Raising traditionally takes place on 1 May, often already the night before. As soon as the city and the districts confirm their dates, they appear here:

Outlook for the Viktualienmarkt
The tree at the Viktualienmarkt has stood since 2022 and is renewed roughly every five to six years. A change therefore comes into view in the coming years. Whether it falls in 2027 depends on the condition of the tree, one more reason to keep the season in view.
Around the first of May in Munich
